3d Digital Portrait of my Welsh Cob

digital portraits of my horse made in Daz Studio and Photoshop
I can’t decide which one, can you?

Well this is annoying! I finally found the pen for my graphics tablet (hiding between bottles of nail polish on my desk side…) and settled down with my render and Photoshop to finish up the portrait of my cheeky, chunky welsh cob, Cruz and as I often do got carried away….

Now after producing several variations of my image I just can’t decide on which one I like the best. This image is intended to hang in my hallway so I want the best one, but full of cold and feeling the tug of a hot bubble bath and my warm bed I need some help. Which one of the above images do you like the best? Also do you have any constructive suggestions to improve it?

The above images were produced by morphing the Daz 3d Millennium Horse model with Daz Studio and Hexagon, texturing it in Photoshop with photos of Cruz, rendering it back in Daz Studio and then painting the mane, tail and background in Photoshop.

Baby Cruz as a yearling, who’d guess he’d get so chunky!

Here is a photo of Cruz as a yearling (he’s now 4) looking at him there it’s hard to believe that he’d be growing up as strong and

chunky as he now is! I took artistic licence with his mane, it does go flaxen in the summer which is how I like it best so kept it that way for my images! I’d really appreciate any comments as to which image is the best. Thank you, Angela x
