Ladyfyre-Graphics Conditions of Sale (including freebies)
What does this mean? Well you may use any of my items (either paid for or free downloads) to produce your own artwork which can then be used as you see fit (i.e. sold, printed etc.) BUT you are not allowed to resell the actual goods themselves. For example my Spring Bay Textures for the Poser 4 horse, with this texture set you can load up the Poser horse in your chosen program and apply my texture set to it then render an image or animation. Once rendered the image or animation belongs to you and you may do as you please with it. However you cannot use any part no matter how small of my Spring Bay texture as a base for another texture to sell or give away. Nor may you redistribute any part of the Spring Bay package. This goes for all goods both for sale or for free on my website, Ladyfyre-graphics.com.
